Pros
Benefits are great, pay is good, 50% Employee discount on purchases and discount on shipping, you get more pay night shift and weekends, and during busier times you can get a lot of Overtime. 1 weekend day a week required, however you can take 1 weekend day off a month. Also all equipment; thin client pc, power cord, 2 monitor cables, keyboard, mouse, wired headset, and webcam, are provided and shipped to you about a week before training and equipment set-up call is paid for.
Cons
Lack of communication; was told in interview that I could work my scheduled 2 weekdays & Saturday, however I was not told anywhere prior to the hiring that I was seasonal, was not even mentioned in the job listing or description, or even my offer letter and onboarding paperwork; I found out halfway through week 2 of training that I was seasonal, during a mid week meet and greet vid meeting with my production Lead. I was also told during my interview that I could work my 2 days & 1 weekend day that I designated, and then pick up shifts when I could, which worked for my schedule at the time. However, I was not told that during peak I had to be available & scheduled 3 days a week and could not take a weekend off. I wish that I had been better informed about this.
