Management is very top-down. Extremely bureaucratic and no transparency. Buzz words like 'agility' thrown around when far from the case - Landor fails to compete against other savvy agencies that are much further ahead of the game. Slow to adapt to market changes. Extremely poor investment in the development, health and wellbeing of employees. Employees are reduced to numbers. High churn rate.
