Everyone is a team player.

I don't have any at this time.

I appreciated working with the residents and the coworkers who genuinely care about providing great care. The facility is clean and has dedicated staff members. The residents are consistently kind and understanding, which makes the work place very rewarding.

Unfortunately, ongoing reductions in hours and limited communication about scheduling decisions have negatively impacted morale. Some employees are working longer shifts while others have had their hours significantly cut. This imbalance makes it challenging to provide consistent care and creates stress for the staff. Leadership would benefit from prioritizing transparency, fair scheduling practices, and stronger support for frontline workers. Addressing these issues would greatly improve both emplyee satisfaction and resident care
