Pros

Facility staff really try to help people. Getting addicted people off the streets and into recovery is always a good thing.

Cons

Recruiting lies: UNLIMITED PTO - only if you can get your position covered for the days you want off, which you can't and corporate tells you they don't have the help. STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENT - If you ever leave Landmark, you have to pay back everything they paid for you. Doesn't matter how long you worked for them. STRUCTURED RAISES ("elevator program") - Nope, they never give raises, not even yearly. If you are offered raises when you're hired, they will make you sign a new contract a few months later that doesn't include their obligation to give you a raise. Ever. But, they do perform MONTHLY performance evaluations on every employee in which you will need to demonstrate your worthiness to continue working for Landmark, or get fired. Monthly evals provide NO PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES for employees but are completely punitive.

Pros

Presented with great benefits and work culture upon starting. Noble mission.

Cons

Upon being in the main office, the environment was not what it appeared. Higher-ups would get upset and start yelling or cussing throughout the floor. Staff walked on egg shells. Then they pulled amenities from the office. Then came the mass layoffs. Lack of security in your role. If you weren't friends with the right people, you were out first. Even if you were doing your work, that wasn't enough to secure a spot. Also pay consistency issues where checks were delayed despite working your hours. High stress and poor communication on where people stood. I wouldn't recommend.
