Pros

I have gained experience in the sales and marketing fields while working with an excellent team. It's fun to interact with the residents and create a friendly and welcoming environment! The commission checks are also a great aspect and make you work even harder to get leases signed.

Cons

Dealing with frustrated residents/parents can be a challenge. You really need to master your communication skills and learn how to stay calm and collected in difficult situations.

Great staff when I worked there

Cons

No room for promotion. No future. Low pay . One of the Lowest pay for maintenance in the area. You’re expected to do everything in house and they won’t pay for the parts you need to fix things. The only people making money are management. They’re well taken care of. You’re have to commit to working every day for a month during summer.
