Pros

The only pro is you "have a job"

Cons

I'm writing this review to give you an idea of what you're getting into: A Pathetic & Toxic Company Toxic HR Policies: The HR department is extremely toxic. Their policies are terrible. Anil, the "HR Head," fails in his primary duty—to make employees feel comfortable and ensure a pleasant work environment. Instead, he does the opposite. The HR policies are so rigid that even a 1-2 minute delay in marking attendance results in a half-day deduction. I've seen employees literally running to punch in, slipping and getting hurt during the rainy season, only to get up and keep running just to mark attendance on time. Annual leaves are not credited yearly but instead given at a rate of 1.25 per month. The company has a six-day workweek, and if you're given a holiday for voting day, you will be asked to compensate by working on a Sunday. Full and final settlements (F&Fs) are delayed, the notice period is unclear, and Anil is highly unsupportive—no flexibility, no empathy. Employees are treated like slaves. He constantly looks for reasons to deduct salaries to gain brownie points with the MD/CEO. Toxic Management Varun Kaushik (CMO) & other leaders: Some members of the top leadership are highly toxic, including Varun Kaushik (CMO) & others. He actively tries to bring people down and is responsible for layoffs. He is the perfect example of an insecure and unskilled leader. He has done little to uplift the brand and neither does anything himself nor allows others to succeed. Instead, he buys awards at the end of the year to make himself look good. MD/CEO – Sushil Tejuja: Sushil lacks vision. Even if he has one, he fails to execute it. He is hesitant to take bold steps and extremely frugal. I've heard that the company used to provide Bisleri water, but it was replaced with a cheap local supplier just to save a few pennies. Meanwhile, the leadership team continues to drink from small Bisleri bottles instead of the dispensers. The office infrastructure is in poor condition—leaky ceilings, broken floors, and an inadequate number of ladies' washrooms. Female employees have to wait in line because there's only one washroom on the entire first floor, and no napkins are provided. Sushil expects 10X returns while investing next to nothing—he wants to spend ₹1 and make ₹100. His approach is transactional; he believes hiring a single high-salary executive will solve all problems, expecting them to function like a one-man army. He is the root cause of the company's issues. Wishpers say He is also unable to kick few inefficient people like Varun out of the company because Varun has helped with some invoicing frauds this is unverified and cannot be relied upon. Landmark has potential, but it lacks even the basics. This could also be due to selfish founders who might resist growth and an IPO since it would make them more accountable to stakeholders, which may not align with their interests. Poor Work Culture Bad promotions and hikes Variable pay components that make earnings unpredictable Demotivated and depressed employees Toxic work environment that feels suffocating Terrible work-life balance Avoid joining unless you're absolutely desperate or working in sales, where flexibility is slightly better—though the pressure and lack of backend support make it no easier.

Pros

There is nothing to like about this company. They hire firstly & themselves tell you to leave the company by giving lame excuses that due to company restructuring, the company has decided to lower your CTC as compared to what you were getting. For eg; if you are getting a CTC of 50k per month, then you can work with us for 25K just because of company restructuring. And if this is happening with a Zonal HR, then forget about the employees. It's happening worse. Also, as an HR professional, I would never ever recommend anyone to work in this company as there is no growth at all & there is lots of office politics too in which you are mentally, emotionally & physically affected.

Cons

There are loads of things to be disliked about this company like firstly the Work culture is too too too toxic, Managers are not at all supportive & they think only about themselves & sacrifice others job rather than taking a stand for their team; Also, there are very bad men's in this office who just want to take advantage of girls/ women by asking them to go out with them for their own benefit & if denied to them then they play against you to remove you from the company. So, girls/ladies/ women beware of such boys/ men & most importantly do not ever think of joining this company if you want to be safe. Even if you try to implement POSH & say on their face, they get scared & team up to remove you from the company. Also, even after finishing my notice period, when I visited the office twice, I was so very much disrespected & treated like trash & not even allowed to go upstairs & meet my teammates. I was told to stand at the entry gate only by the most insecure HR Head for my queries to be resolved rather than entering the office premises. And the Company's MD must be aware of such behavior towards employees or ex-employees & take action against such behavior.
