Pros
Honestly, very few. Car park was handy. Most of the people were good to work with whenever I saw them.
Cons
They say if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. Landmark couldn't even recruit monkeys. Absolute shambles of a company. They were outsourcing too much of the work which did not work, Senior management were clueless. They just danced to whatever tune was being played at the time. There are far better, paying, less stressful and more rewarding companies to work for in the area.
