Backstabbing staff, Supervisor, Manager. Non-stop gossip from your supervisors. Require you to work on Saturdays if you take vacation or personal days so that you can make your personal and department goals. Asked to make a choice between keeping your job or taking a week vacation. Denied PTO (paid time off) if you fail to meet your monthly goal. HIGH Turnover because once you're there, you realize how mentally abusive the management in the Outreach Department is. Micro managing at it's finest. Everything you do and I mean everything, from going to the bathroom to getting a drink of water you're required to Skpye where you're going. There's not enough space to write everything down about how disgusting this department is. DONT WORK HERE...RUNNNNNN
