Pros
Small school very close knit. I found everyone fairly nice. Great benefits. I appreciate the opportunity for teaching and getting my foot in the door.
Cons
The students are very difficult, however those that try are truly inspirational. The biggest problem is the cost of living up here is obscene and the pay is very poor.
