      Grace centered church. Good people that care about you. Strong family atmosphere among staff that is healthy and encouraging.

      Cons

      Compensation was lower than national averages for some positions and higher for others. Need a better balance in approaching pay and benefits.

      Pros

      Spiritual enrichment, make your own hours (mostly), awesome people, lots of encouragement, and you can utilize city-mandated community service or volunteers.

      Cons

      Low wages & lots of physical/manual labor.
