Start-up - Anonymous employee Landmark Bio Employee Review

Over worked and under recognized with what appears to be zero hiring of lower level employees to help. Company is getting top heavy and the hiring practice doesn't make any sense. Management doesn't seem to care about the work load that is crushing their team. Even with all of this, the biggest issue is that the company NEVER announces when people are leaving. It is always a surprise to almost EVERYONE when we realize someone is gone, usually after you try to email or message them on teams! This is a red flag indicating a culture that is broken and both HR and senior leadership behave as if oblivious and like this is ok. Transparency is preached by senior leadership, but the real practice is selective sharing. Be very cautious about accepting a position at Landmark Bio.
