As you note, Landit is a mission-driven company and we are committed to giving everyone in the workplace the tools necessary for career success on their terms. We are all proud of the impact we have had on the lives of thousands of members around the globe.
As a rapidly growing startup, we have a diverse and committed team, the majority of whom have been together from the very beginning. Since we are small, nimble and growing quickly, there are often times when we are asked to do things that are outside our defined scope of responsibility. This is typical of any startup. We all chip in to do what is necessary and our focus is always about providing the best possible product and tools for our members, partners and Landit.
