Business outlook
Pros
Mission-Driven and interesting work, great colleagues.
Cons
Micro-managing environment, Terrible communication pattern and delegation of responsibilities, roles ill-defined, lack of trust from the top down. This company is more about the founder than about the company or product.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As you note, Landit is a mission-driven company and we are committed to giving everyone in the workplace the tools necessary for career success on their terms. We are all proud of the impact we have had on the lives of thousands of members around the globe.
As a rapidly growing startup, we have a diverse and committed team, the majority of whom have been together from the very beginning. Since we are small, nimble and growing quickly, there are often times when we are asked to do things that are outside our defined scope of responsibility. This is typical of any startup. We all chip in to do what is necessary and our focus is always about providing the best possible product and tools for our members, partners and Landit. We wish you the best of luck in your new endeavor.
Landit has a direct and tangible impact on lives around the world every day, which makes everything we do even more rewarding.
The company is scaling quickly -- there's always lots of room to grow your career in multiple directions. The team is extremely supportive of each other and takes great pride in helping each other celebrate wins, big and small.
The tech and product teams are highly collaborative and close to the customer, relying on user testing and research, analytics, and best practices to drive our decision-making and product development process.
Cons
There are lots of exciting opportunities ahead of the team, and we sometimes have to make tough choices about what we will say "no" to in order to prioritize the things that have the most impact.
