Poor leadership, lack of a cohesive, unified vision and strategy severely hinders this organisation's progression. Unfortunately I had to endure an emotionally unstable manager who harrassed and bullied me and constantly back pedaled on their decisions, making it very difficult to work there on a day to day basis Low staff morale Backstabbing, politics particularly in senior mangement worst I've experienced People are set in their ways and want to continue doing what they've always done. Very suspicious and resilient to change. No trust in employees who are constantly monitored No work life balance HR does nothing about the rampant mistreatment of employees by senior management. It just seems to be the norm Toxic workplace and culture Ingrained sexist and misogynistic attitudes driven by "boys club" mentality
