      Firm administrator and founding attorney are amazing, their door is alway open for employees who have ideas or concerns. Flexible schedule Close to public transportation

      Cons

      Office manager likes to control everything that happens in the office. Does not appreciate employees going straight to the founding attorney with ideas although it is encouraged by him. It is difficult moving up within the company. No benefits No office culture

      Great people to work with! I enjoyed it most because of the people and customers.

      It was a long commute for me but that’s a personal reason. Besides that, amazing company!

      Pros

      The firm attracts top-notch talent when it hires its legal staff, including attorneys, paralegals, and case managers. The firm's culture is progressive and pleasant. Great office environment and location! Team meetings are productive and enjoyable!

      Cons

      I believe that the firm is working on building and growing its presence throughout the Bay Area and beyond, and I will be excited to see how far the firm manages to go in the near future!
