Pros

Remote work, and some genuinely nice colleagues.

Cons

The managers are completely incompetent and have no understanding of leadership. They constantly interfere with every detail and create an atmosphere of control and fear. Employees are exhausted and overworked. Plus, you only learn after joining that the “standard hours” are 9 to 7 and that staying late is expected. The pressure never ends. The people at the top believe they can get away with anything, but the constant turnover tells the real story. I have never seen so many people leave so quickly. That alone should tell you everything. Most of the good reviews out here are a joke. You can tell they were written by management or people trying to stay on their good side. Leadership keeps throwing around words like “rocketship” and “startup culture,” but in reality, it’s just chaos and burnout. Working here just drains you. It kills your motivation, your energy, and your trust in decent leadership. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from LANDED.

Pros

I've learned an incredible amount very quickly, had real ownership, and worked with passionate, extremely smart people who genuinely care. It's super refreshing and feels like a rocketship

Cons

The pace is intense and expectations are high, so it wouldn’t be the right fit if you’re looking for a low pressure environment.

Pros

Doesn't require much specialized skill

Cons

Everything is super unorganized, and higher ups do not take responsibility for staff.
