Pros

Would be great if you're fresh out of college and need someone to gove you a start or you've been let go somewhere else and you've got to pay the bills. Nice people for the most part. The work is pretty easy to catch on to. There are weekly collaboration meetings for sharing tips and tricks amongst the mappers. Competitive benefits package. The No Compete clause is honestly not that big a deal. They just don't want you running out with knowledge of their practices and bringing it to a client or competitor which is fairly standard and reasonable. I went and found a better opportunity elsewhere that wasn't a competing firm or client of theirs and they didn't take issue with it.

Cons

Pay is way below industry standard even for an entry level spot. The QC team is fairly inconsistent in guidance. The initial training regiment could be shortened significantly and made more practical to the tasks that will eventually be worked on. The software used is largely proprietary so there won't be a lot of knowledge and skills that can be transferred elsewhere in your career and there's not a ton of opportunity to move up within. Too much focus is placed on minor things and not enough and some of the bigger issues. Workplace is fairly dry and quiet like a library. Obviously work should be your priority on the office, but the culture seemed tough on breaks and conversation that help sustain a 9 hour work day with more quality as opposed to steady declines from tired analysts.

Cons

For myself, it was the drive time, but that wasn't a con against the company.
