      Pros

      You are asked to do a little of everything which could be both good and bad.

      Cons

      The company does not care about its employees. The software that they develop is good in theory however doesn't work the way it is suppose to. They deploy software to clients that have not been thoroughly tested. The employee turn over rate is very high.
