Pros
Current staff members are quick to respond to inquiries, either same day or first thing next business day. They are communicative and work to resolve any issues that arise. Pay rate has been decent for the work location. Medical, Dental, and 401K are offered. Paid sick time is offered (location dependent). Client work is interesting, technical, and challenging. Location for work is great with counter-commute, great SF Bay Area views (when driving), plenty to fun activities and dinning to experience.
Cons
Onboarding team and recruiter were quick to get employment started, made errors when discussing the terms of the contract, and used pressure tactics. Final contract did not match what was discussed. As a employee on 6-month terms with Client, there has been little to no advance notice about contract extension and only initiated after several inquiries. 401K partial match is only offered at end of 2nd year with full match after several years of employment. Pay raise inquires can only be made after 1 year of employment. No PTO or holiday pay for my pay status (hourly).
