Pros
I've worked for few other job agencies before and this is one of the better one. With other agencies I feel like I'm not dealing with people but with an app. Here I talk with real people by phone and by email correspondence. Their application process wasn't too difficult, and they do have people that can help you with your questions. Even though I'm employed by LanceSoft I'm actual working at one of their client site. After working with their client for 2 months, their client offered me a permanent position to work for them with a raise and more benefits. I would recommend LanceSoft to my friends for those that doesn't mind being a temp with their clients.
Cons
I don't know if it is my phone or their phone or I have hearing problem but often, I have difficulty understanding all of their different callers were saying on the phone. My work around that is ask them to send me email after the phone conversation so that I haven't misunderstood anything.
