Where to begin with 😂🤦🏻♀️ First of all they will call you with a very low voice so that u won't be able to hear them clearly, and they will feed you lies about the job the jd They will give you fake promises of getting you job at big companies like amazon wipro etc. I had left that company within a month because they lied to me during the interview that it will totally be a day shift but when i got selected and and training began they started the training at 3rd shift from evening 5 to midnight 2pm and then later on my shift time was 10pm to 7am which i was totally unaware of and i tried to work for few days and i also tried to request for the shift change and the denies on my face by saying that you agreed for the shift now we cannot do anything about it u have to work. And the week offs are super weird they change it every week its never Saturday Sunday like a regular week offs its either Wednesday Thursday or there will be split week offs So that if you are planning something according to the holiday's you can't! Coming to the leave part if you need an emergency sick leave on same day and u mail your manager for the same they will take eternity to reply on top of that they will not approve the leave and will say you are too late to ask for a leave. What's the point of emergency sick leave😂🤷🏻♀️ And forget about getting a festival holiday like any other company gives even on diwali dussehra or any other big festivals you are not getting holiday. This was the reason i have left the company and even after leaving when i asked for my salary they say you will get it after 45 days become i exited and when i asked to show where is this policy written then they cut my call Don't join this company!!!!!!
