Those saying all the good words or high rates are probably hiring guns. I don't have much complains about the company. As matter of fact, I don't have much interaction with the company besides getting paid. I mostly work at client side and from limited interaction with the company, if you are not from India, you probably have no future except just getting paid. And be expect to first get cut if there is any down sizing of the project.
