      Pros

      Work hard for their contractors, quick to reply for any inquiry, easy to get in touch with their personnel, friendly and courteous.

      Cons

      Some of the people I spoke to had thick accents which made communication during phone calls slightly difficult. Although, when conversing via email, I had no issues what so ever.
