Limited Documentation on Policy/Procedures. Recognition of quality work can go unnoticed unless it's a BIG Change.

Very flexible in terms of hours. Very casual work environment and the people there are great. Very small and has that startup vibe to it. No such thing as PTO. If you need time off, you just take it.

Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, flows through the CEO, which ends up becoming less than desirable. Also, the approach to the business changes every 2 weeks or so, so just when when you get ramped up and feel you are doing well, that gets flipped on it's head. Also, they have some issues with their reputation. Also issues with paychecks as when they have hard months, the ask that they pay you late/less. No good.
