Australian arm going broke - Crane Operator Lampson Employee Review

Our CEO in Australia says we dont make enough to pay a propper wage. Says we are not the type of company that is here to make money. If you want to progress and make a living go somewhere else. This company is either a tax rite off or is seriously badly managed. How can we not be making enough money to pay workers? Are we undercutting the competition to do this?
