As an employee what I most value of Lambdaloopers is their culture. Leaders are really motivated, but they have good care of their employees wellbeing. Full remote, flexible schedule, salary review each 6 months. But besides that, the company has a full transparency policy in which all the employees can be as aware as they want of the high end decisions, and they can be as participants as they want, also.

Barely competitive salary (but can get boosted with the salary reviews). Not high-impact projects.

Really good work conditions, C levels take you so much into account. Good flexible times with personal and professional.
