      Pros

      A company with a family atmosphere that does its absolute best for work-life balance. Everybody plays a role, and everybody is ready to assist one another at the drop of a pin. Additionally, development and promotion from within are pillars to the overall success. Full Per Diem, lifestyle reimbursement, and up-to-date equipment ranging from trucks, laptops, and instruments used in the field.

      Cons

      Field crews have a lot of out-of-town work (Still full per diem though $$$) Can be slow at the turn of the year On-boarding and training

      Pros

      Laid-back, competent and friendly co-workers, chill atmosphere, decent pay and they take care of you when you overachieve. Very good with taking time off with family. Everyone treats everyone else with respect and will hear you out, whether you're at the top or just starting out. I've worked places that prioritize "culture," and that usually means required team-building exercises and lame meetings. This place legitimately tries to make everyone feel good about coming to work and hanging out with everyone else.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything bad, really. Driving to locations can suck, but it's because you're driving to construction.
