The company provides good support for its employees. Benefits and bonuses are excellent and training is first class. The compensation is above average.
Cons
Some positions require a lot of travel with extended stays of up to 3 months or more. If you do not live in an area where Lam has a presence, you will travel and your opportunities are limited unless you relocate.
