Pros
I entered Lam from a different industry but was welcomed and encouraged to make changes to the status quo. I feel more valued in Lam than in any other company I have worked in. The shear amount of intelligent people with extreme desires to help each other is amazing.
Cons
Like most industry employment changes, learning the language of a new company and industry takes time. This industry is fast so you need to be a quick study.
