      Nice competent colleagues, very interesting internal job opportunities (Job Rotation), very good payment, lot of benefits for employees, Profit Sharing (Performance Payment), good internal and externals trainings. Good working atmosphere!

      Cons

      Some times huge workload, due to customer needs. Too process orientated! High time pressure.

      Technically poor and unprofessional management, Slow Promotion. New PhD graduates stay in same basic level 3 for 4 years. Poor work life balance.
