- One of the country's best power plant. - Extraordinary Location in south Punjab near to big cities. - Duty time is good for people working in operations department 4 days rotation. - One of the country's beautiful accommodation facility for employees. - Almost completely MHI plant and very good to learn. - There is no limit of learning, based on your own passion you can learn from every department. - Its former AES plant ( up till 2010) depicts their industrial legacy.

- Behavior with contract employees is not so good. - Not a single Technical Training Department exists. - Inadequate number of employees to run the plant overall burden on each employee is incredible. - Current management is taking plant like an old style (Karkhana culture) factory of Pakistan. - They current HR try to hire people with very less salary demand (substandard). - Policy makers are changing policies brutely, everyday.
