Pay peanuts and slog like hell - Anonymous employee Lalamove Employee Review

Serving notice so I'm putting myself as former employee. Are here any benefits except for medical? Don't think so. Does the salary equivalent to the effort? Don't think so. Does our managers know how and what to do before thing get worst? Don't think so. No proactive actions from our managers despite them knowing what's going on on the ground. Salary increment is rubbish or almost none? Can't even recall. Bonus based on TIERING? what is that? We all put in efforts in our roles.
