This place is only for Robots/machines, not human beings. If you are shameless and do not have self respect then this is the best place to work for. I would definitely recommend everyone reading this to apply for this company because soon when the market opens at least 90 % of the existing employees will leave this company. Once you see hell for a few months then you will enjoy working in other organizations. so feel free to apply and work for few months.

Toxic work culture No respect for emoloyees, only humiliation Employees are treated like machines and tortured by the senior level management. No understanding of the ground reality, the current market, and customers. The product is very bad when you compare it with other competitors in the market. If you try to give some feedback the senior level employees will get offended and screw your happiness. Do not believe the positive reviews about this company, maybe there are coming from our HR team members. Please call any of the employees you know of and ask them how is it working for Lalamove. They will just cry
