They have multiple cons.. The Hod doesn't have any vision they are just doing work which is even don't have any ground reality..... At the starting it feels like we are doing some impactfull things but at end it's just a excel sheet which is making space in Google drive nothing else happening in terms of work then office politics even they don't know what they are trying to bring in the market.......
