      Coworkers on unit try to help each other every day, 12 hour shifts (3 days/week)

      Cons

      Management shifts continuously, no support staff, whining about job roles, no transport, 7 patients for 1 nurse....... Pushed to work faster

      Great team, great atmosphere, supervisor has your back

      Cons

      Have to travel to free standing emergency room with the intention of getting extra pay, but you don't, or at least not easily if you do. Miscommunication with higher ups and hr constantly
