Great team and always developing new products for their customers.

At times it seemed like they were taking on too much and also not working to develop their people.

You could get overtime if you wanted.

Upper management rarely acknowledged anyone below them. My manager was rude to other employees. She would be little everyone. Always thought she was right even if there was proof she was wrong. Not friendly or welcoming person. She also wanted us to stay until the job was done on one of the snowiest days we had this year while she was able to work from home. Very unfair place. Corporate is moving down to southern Ohio and when I was there wouldn't tell us if that was true or not. They just kept hiring people for the same thing we were doing in Delphos but in southern Ohio.
