      Very relax atmosphere to work in.

      Cons

      No air condition on buses but inside base it was cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

      Pros

      I love my job and I love my kids. I don't consider it work because it brings me such joy. I enjoy seeing my coworkers and sharing our varying experiences.

      Cons

      I feel that the yearly raises don't necessarily meet one's job performance such as attendance, being on time all the time and going the extra mile for our clients.
