      Pros

      If you have a passion to help people with different ability levels, please do. It’s a struggling field and it takes a special type of person. At LPP Oshkosh staff works together as a team/family, everyone looks out for eachother, fast paced most days, and it’s always something different.

      Wage is not competitive with being a nonprofit
