      Pros

      My coworkers were some of the best people I've met, the property is beautiful, meals (lunch and dinner) are provided for the employees every day at no cost, uniforms are provided to employees at no cost.

      Cons

      Many departments have to work long hours, weekends/holidays. This is communicated up front, but definitely something to consider.

      Medical benefits are good, members are nice

      Cons

      Some of the upper management is horrible and racist. There is zero HR rules here. Everyone does what they want. Employees work very hard while management does nothing. Communication is horrible.
