Most negatives are covid related, so they would not truly reflect the organization.

The experience you will gain working with the children, will remain with you for a lifetime in a positive manner. Also it's a great resume builder.

The pay isn't that great. Also being assaulted by the children isn't a plus. Upper management are a sub group of their own, and only worry about themselves. If your not a PD or above, make sure your on your P.Q's in order not to be reprimanded. You have to play into politics to ensure your place at Lakeside Academy.
