      A handful of great coworkers, and alot of wonderful residents that make the job worth it in the end

      Cons

      Upper management are Bullies, they do not know what the word kindness means. The belittle and act like they are better than you. Never admit they are wrong and like to talk down to you. But when they need you, wow how they change for that minute.

      Pros

      One thing I appreciate about my current company is the hands-on experience I’ve gained. I’ve been able to work with a high volume of prospects, really understand the full leasing process, and learn how to adapt in different situations.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for advancement depending on the role, but a strong environment to build experience.
