There are no pros, unless you like to be overworked and treated like you are in high school still.
Cons
Dramatically understaffed, huge egos in upper management. They manage be intimidation and threats. Turn over is the highest I have ever seen. Never listen to employees that actually know more than the upper management. The positive reviews you see on here are from the " click" from upper management trying to shed a positive light on a very negative and tyrannical company. They feel they need to falsify these reviews in order to get anyone to accept there open positions. No regards to the human aspect of the business, all take and no give at all. Constantly monitor staff on cameras, records calls, uses alarm systems to monitor the coming and goings of managers. Micro-managing to the highest degree......low moral throughout the company. When asked about these reviews online....their response is always " those are just disgruntled ex employees that weren't cut out for the job" typical response to try and cover the real issues.
