1. If you are middle class employee who has family, EMI and rents to pay don't join this company. 2. Salary will not come before 12th of the month. 3. No extra benefits or rewards will be given. 4. They will not even pay employer contribution in the Pf. 5. Works on every old technology and no proper planning on sprints 6. Even the month of deepavali they are delaying the salary, deepavali is on 12th of this month they are saying we can expect the salary on or before 14th. This is how they care about employees.
