Pros
The company overall is great to work for with fair compensation for expected employee output. You join a family run company where you will meet a number of great co-workers that really work hard.
Cons
Advancement was almost impossible with the flat management style in place and training is non-existent. Most people are still doing the same job they started doing five years ago. Favoritism, manager bullying and isolation has ultimately lead to good people leaving for other opportunities.
