Designer - Visual Designer Laird + Partners Employee Review

Terrible awful no-good place to work. 0 communication is relayed to creatives, there is 0 collaboration, and overall 0 organization. Forget having a work/life balance if you work here! Absolutely no sense of teamwork, and even superiors are uninvolved on a higher level. With the lack of organization (account people get it together) creatives are left in the dust, making for a very complicated dynamic between creative teams. Projects would come in at 5pm and I would never know my hours. I ended up staying past midnight at least 2x a week. There is no work culture, and people are uptight and rude. I would never never never recommend this place to a friend.
