Good money, reasonable reputation, bigger boss was nice

Horrible co-workers and team leader. Nasty, cut-throat, Mean Girls kind of atmosphere, poor directions, a lot of people bull****ing that they knew their jobs but couldn't/wouldn't explain anything to save themselves.
