Pros
Innovative family run company striving to be the best in the industry, full of inspirational and friendly people from all walks of life. I'm lucky enough to work on Crossrail, the biggest infrastructure project in Europe, which is a challenging complex environment but one which i have been able to learn alot very quickly; and there are so many other projects in the pipeline of similar or even bigger size which is hugely encouraging to see. All these factors have convinced me that i will be at LOR for a longtime to come.
Cons
I think some people work very unsociable hours which can take its toll, especially if they commute as well, i think maybe productivity could be worked on at a company level so people work shorter but more productive hours; especially the poor site engineers!
