Pros
Large enough to have good opportunities but not so large you could get lost like other employers. Manage performance well so you never feel like you're carrying your share of the load whilst others aren't
Cons
Like all large contractor's, travel expected, hours to get the job done can be long but this looks to be getting challenged post covid to embrace hybrid working
