The University has a strong tendency to produce competent graduates and become one of the best university in the region. It has programs that promotes good study habits and produce programs to ensure high passing rate on the licensure board exams. The part timers have been given competent and upgraded compensation.

They lack major facilities especially for technical courses like engineering courses. There are plenty of competitions among different colleges which makes the working relationship between each college poor.
