      - team environment, everyone was friendly and helpful when it came to training. - flexibile telecommuting options, very healthy work/life balance. - Supportive management team. Always felt like they truly wanted their employees to grow and hit their goals. - lots of opportunities for professional growth and advancement. - Full benefit package, 401K, health insurance, etc. - occasional company events - competitive pay

      I didn’t have any from my time there, although I wasn’t there long enough due to changes in the landscape of the work.

      Pros

      LGI really strives for a positive workplaces that cares about its employees. During the recent contract challenges it was apparent that they were trying to take care of their employees through the uncertainties. Also, benefits are great!

      Cons

      LGI has been very focus on only a few specific contracts and needs to diversify more than it already has.
