Pros

Most people are great to work with. Most of employees are young professionals The snack room is well stocked .

Cons

The management team does not listen to its employees and never looks into their problems. Most decisions are either related to politics or personal opinion and it's not changed even when it's absolutely the wrong one. Some managers don't have widely open eyes. Nobody cares about employees' opinion even if something is decited by voting. It's always like "we spoke , and I decided" If you're laid off, they don't care even to provide you with Cobra insurance on time. It's just so ugly!!! Managers are never satisfied with your work performance. If you have all 100% performance grades, they will never say your performance is good. Opposite, they will always say you didn't work hard enough. People put in long long hours at work and management is never satisfied. This company has the lowest % of promotions I've seen in my professional career.

Pros

This review is from 2011. Opportunity cost, you work in New York. Anything can happen there at any time. Well stocked and good variety of snacks. Oatmeal provided for breakfast. The company gave things sometimes like blankets and T-shirts.

Cons

Company culture is unconventional. The end of the workweek is Thursday, because the jobs posted that day go live Friday. So everyone celebrates the end of the week on Thursday instead. If you have a long commute you will be forced to make a choice between sleep and connecting with coworkers and colleagues after the day. Permatemps are also treated as second-class citizens, due to a Supreme Court decision. They don't get to participate in company morale events, such as barbecues, picnics,. One time the company hired masseuses to give employees massages. Permatemps did not get to receive a massage. Management will take credit for your work, so document every exchange. Management would rather terminate employees in the case of an HR incident rather than address the problem.
